2200 (Luxury 4/4´s)
This is the largest floor plan with over 2200 square feet. One floor will have the main living area, dining, kitchen, and one bedroom and a bath that has two dressing areas. The other floor has three bedrooms and three baths. The master bedroom in this plan is huge being 14´ x 24´. It is amazing that these condos are 40+ years old and yet they have an unbelievable amount of closet space. Some of our owners have created locked closets for their items that they leave here year round. This plan is one of the favorites with large families and groups.
