Plan C (3 or 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths)

This plan varies. In the three-bedroom versions of this plan, it has a L-shaped living area that is the largest living area of any of the floor plans. In the four bedroom versions, the “L” area has become the fourth bedroom. In both versions, it has a large bath on the main floor adjacent to this bedroom or “L” area. In this floor plan, you enter at a center level foyer and go down to the main living area, kitchen, dining, one bedroom, & one bath, and up to the other three bedrooms & 2 baths (one being a Jack & Jill style).
